good points Aerospace, but I have to question what you said..pasted here...

Clearly says this will not change the value of the currency, Just make it smaller. If an Iraqi has 1,000,000 dinar now worth $850, he will exchnage it for 1000 new dinars and that will still be worth $850.


If that happens, ie...1000 Dinars = $850, then 1,000,000 dinars = $850,000...correct?
