This is a big informational site that lists all Russian businesses. Theoretically it could contain an outdated information, but I have done Krong search many times in the past, and definitely saw Krong/Chegenev there. Besides, Chegenev was the founder of Krong and just several months ago he was defending his private company in bankruptcy court. So, everything is possible, but it looks like this change of ownership/leadership happened just recently... Maybe Chegenev paid Krong's debts to be able to re-sell the company in clean condition? Anyway, this is the question I would ask "Elena" myself if I was not a "sleazy outsider". :-) And asking this question you risk to become an outsider too - DOS already tried to ask something similar...
