How do you know...maybe Mark would rather concentrate on the mining and have someone else manage the financial part of the company. He has a new wife and she stated publicly that he will be home for dinner (so to speak). As for Charles...if you have talked to him (as I have) you would notice that he is always in control and has a pretty dry personality. However...he is very loyal to Copper King as an employee and a stockholder.
