I think its far less speculative given the 45 Sousa sites are a done deal...NO LONGER JUST A LOI!...and the fact we have several $100k deposits.

Just like we were speculating about if the conference call would be good or bad...day before his wedding, promised it would be material or else we wouldn't have one, weekend, etc etc.

Thoughts?
