Well you know my input about the permit issue, like I said I would have waited until speaking to the inspector and then the company before posting such information. The city clerk could not give the details thus why they were willing to give up contact info for the actual inspector who wrote the violations. I would have rather read a post about the issue then the responses from both sides as a single post to draw a conclusion from. Like I said before very little information to draw a picture from.

But the invite is an issue that should not be happening, and either BEHL is responsible for either timeliness or failure to deliver. Or it could be something completely different all together. But either way it is a problem and is something that interested parties should have had in hand or via email as Evite weeks ago. It is still nothing to get worked up over either, as this could very well be a rookie mistake or a failure in the distribution chain. But one thing is clear you have too many shareholders saying the same thing, the only thing we are missing is what BEHL has to say about the issue.
