There is no truth/proof in what you just posted. However, you can clearly see that there are 660 million shares on the otcbb.com's website. That website is known to be accurate. That is only up 22 million shares in a year and a half. That is acceptable dillution-IMO. The decline in pps was due to the quiet period. I think we will see the company step up to the plate soon enough. When they do, I hope all the bashers here could find another board to haggle.
