I don't know, maybe I'm wrong on that. I thought I read that somewhere, but I could be mistaken. Likewise, I think I may have beem mistaken about Al Sousa being on the call because I'm listening to it now. A dude named Jeff was talking about him extensively, but it wasn't him.
One theory was to save on taxes somehow. I'm not totally sure what the strategy is. For me, the question is the logistics on the supply side of gathering the waste plastics and having them directed in consistent large quantity. Seems easy in CA as we separate them anyway but dunno about other states.
