I hope so to MEO,
When looking at PENA they are a retail broker..They were on the ASK all day on friday..just wondered who they were since I had not seen them here before..Also ETMM and NITE were on the BID and ASk side both retail..if this was dilution would IGSM be using a retail broker to move through..At first I thought maybe PENA was behind the dilution and they still could be..just thought I would throw this out there for discussion
