OBV uses last days close and Acc/Dist uses CVL close upper/lower part of daily price swing, CMF weighs the A/D over a time period.

Each an improvement over the other. OBV follows price action, A/D weather the action was positive or negative for the day and CMF shows the strength of the price vs volume for the period being examined.

Each present a different indication.
