Ok now, this is showing desperation. At first it was all rah rah, commons aren't being canceled and book value is 1.47!!! Now its a last minute effort at forming an EC. If we really believed in an EC we shoulda started it a while ago. Now before i hear "why didn't you try to start it", the first time I have heard of one is through this thread. Many of you followed CEMJQ as has been referenced many times so I do not see why this wasn't done sooner. I'm sure i will get bashed but I am just trying to be a voice of reason amongst the hoopla.
