Bronx to me honestly it appears the opposite of what you posted.
It appears as if all the shares are hitting the float. Also true it seems that their is someone scooping them up for that reason I say it cannot be buyback.

'TheBronx', last friday there were 10 million shares buys and 20 million shares sells. Shares issued are being sold into the market.

Be prepared to see next week more shares sold.
