MOOSE.. When brokers only allow sells and not buys, what happens to the pps ? How is that protecting current shareholders ?
Restrictions , Is that the free market system ?
The SEC should be abolished ,because TDA is on the job. LOL
Who are buying my shares ?? Brokerage houses , MMs , little white haired grannies or ALF from Melmac ?
My first thought of a buying restriction from a brokerage house is not their concern for my investment money but a collusion with the MMs on a potentional disaster for one or both. After all , for every action , there is an equal and opposite reaction.
