#82473 RE: Makamai #82471

an interesting weekend. bulls are out having fun (most of them) while the bears, the people who claim they would never own this stock, are posting here pretty frequently. i like it.

dean said it all in that last PR: he plans to close minesweeper before the end of the month. that's no small promise, and imo he intends to keep it. chances are this will be the first of many deals we see closed in the days ahead.

it's about that time, the start of the run, and from the dynamic being played out in our discussions, i think some folks want last minute cheapies and will say just about anything to get them. again... i like it. :-)

QASP - Fact or Fiction?

Here's a question which has never been posed.

Note: You have to be completely honest with yourself in order to get the Honest Answer!!!

I am going to attempt to turn on the "Reality Light" in this True Story for those who weren't here from the Beginning.

If the only information you had about QASP was the Company Share Structure and the Charts, would you buy the Stock?

If you had an opportunity to step back in Time and look at QASP from a Technical View, would you even consider QASP as a solid investment?

-no emotion
-no insider information
-no boards to read
-no press releases to sift through
-no calling the company
-no influence from Dean
-no contact what so ever with any other investor

If you had absolutely no way to know what is going on with the Company -AND- the only guides you had were the Share Structure and the Charts, would you still buy QASP?

Let's say you don't know anything about QASP. In reality, no one does, because of the nature of the poorly written Press Releases and the lack of verifiable information contained within.

Let's say you stumbled upon QASP back when it was EQUR.

FACT:

Back then, in April of 2009, the Share Structure was 134 Million O/S and 750 Million A/S.

Let's say you put $10,000.00 Long in this stock at that time at .015 cents a share and never Flipped a Share to today.

Let's say you had the Power to Fast Forward from April of 2009 to Today and were able to view the charts and the Current Share Structure and that the PPS was still .015.

Would you be concerned?

You look at the Chart and see that the Volume back in April, 2009 was nearly nothing, yet the Price per Share responded properly to the light Volume. Up or down, it responded properly.

Going back in Time, you notice from May's price spike (high of .062) to August 1st, 2009, that the price took a bit of a tumble, all the way back to .01 cent a share.

Yes, the Volume is now picking up in August, 2009 and the Price is still responding to the buying pressure, going from .01 to .053 in a matter of a week or so.

Let's say you now noticed "After Hours Form T Selling at the Bid".

Would this concern you?

You now see an increase in the O/S.

Would this concern you?

Would you stay in the Stock?

You now notice more AH Form T's Selling at he Bid in large blocks.

Would this concern you?

You see the O/S continually rising as the Price per Share drops with now daily After Hour Form T Selling at the Bid.

Are you concerned with your investment at this point?

Suppose you hang in there until the O/S is maxed out from 134 million shares to 750 million shares, all while the PPS continues to flop around in the mud.

Are you concerned?

Now you see the A/S has been doubled to 1.5 Billion Shares. It did.

Are you concerned?

Now you see the O/S breach the 750 Million Mark to 800+ Million. It did.

Do you still have confidence in your Investment Decision?

Looking toward the near future, using the past as a barometer, you now see the O/S rise to 900 Million shares and the PPS continues to slide down.

Are you concerned?

What if the O/S breaks 900 Million?

Are you concerned?

What if you see the O/S moving toward 1.5 Billion?

Are you concerned?

What if you see the Share Structure Reversed 1000:1

Are you concerned with your investment?

If not now...when?
