Excellent Post! Only until one researches both sides, can a reasonable evaluation of the situation be made. Citing one side is a witch hunt. Not cool.

I presented Facts ..

I may not have presented the fine details . But the details don't change the Facts.

The Facts Remain ... BioCentric did not apply for any building permits in the city of Santa Ana. They did not submit any plans for the city to approve. I know this to be fact because I've been in contact with the appropriate offices in Santa Ana.

Biocentric started construction on site for the PBR. I know this to be fact because I've seen the pictures, I've read the press releases.

The City of Santa Ana has cited them for at least two violations. I know this to be fact because I've been in contact with the appropriate office.

Now you have opened the door to speculation and conjecture when it could have easily been avoided by waiting until you had all the facts in hand.

I opened the door to discussion .. I opened the door because I know there are a few on this board with access to Dennis .. I opened the door on Friday.. anyone could have verified or added to the discussion. Plus it is a long weekend .. plenty of time for discussion.

Also .. the "door" was opened by me in Dec. I felt perfectly comfortable walking through the "door" I opened months ago and updating the situation.

Isn't that the point of this particular board? ( Discuss the company and share DD ??)

Thats the thing about DD .. sometimes you find things you don't like... you know that, I know you do .. And yeah I was pissed when I discovered this ... had I remembered to call earlier in the day I would have shared it then ..


Obviously what I had to share .. is not what some people wanted to hear. I understand that now.
