Sometimes people with the best intentions screw the pooch without even knowing. People wrap themselves in whatever they are doing not knowing what they are doing is causing more problems. We don't know if BEHL or their contractor has or has not started the the permit process. This would not be the first project started without permits being issued, like I said earlier, it can be a lengthy process.

IMO, we have Shareholders, some meaning well, some not, destroying our PPS by being overly nosey, busybodies.

It's the actions of the company that destroys the PPS .. Since when is following up and checking on the status of an investment being nosy?
