Why on earth would you need to do a r/s? The O/S is not exceptional and there's no delisting danger.

It would be nice to see the O/S brought back to 1B thru a buyback over time if the revenue supports it.

A market cap of 10 billion would be possible in the next ten years if many SUCCESSFUL items were added to the SUCCESSFUL format which is being developed.

However, getting to .10 would be possible in 12 to 24 months if all works well and the dilution ends.

Once again, it always goes back to the motives of the management team. Are they banking on PPS or on
sales of shares. That is the question ?????
