consider 1«« 40% of 1,5 billion equal 600 million
if you want to consider 40% of 750 million increase is only 300 million

I assume tht the lender will get 40 % of i,5 billion * previous os and as were 750 millions

if the new as and os will be 1,5 billion

the lender should get 40% that s mean 600 millions max

remaining 150 milions out of the new 750 millions to be added max iupon the decision of the company..

already increased abt 60 millions in 2 deays it remains only 90 millions more

allthe remaining shares are restricted *ref 40% of 15 bill

I thought the same way as you but they are right.....if you take 1000bil OS a X .40 that would = 1.4bil is the 400mil you added to the OS = 40% of the total OS. NO.....So with an AS of 1.5bil the max amount of shares that can be issued is 900mil.

900mil OS + 600mil to lender = 1.5bil

1.5bil * .40% = 600mil and that give the lender 40% of the Total OS
