Joe, they can release sales if they didn't have them. They didn't have sales because they didn't have much of a marketing until end of December 2009. They made a few 2 minute ads back in 2008 and 2009 but was never air until 12/28/09. You can be angry that they took too long to get the campaign launch.

Change does not have to come from something bad. Change can be part of growing for the better. For example, Mr. lawrence is now a pretty popular actor among viewers who follow HEROES. His endorsement can be a good image to ZVTK.
