Molson, what is going on is that we are gathering
funds for an attempt at a legal assessment of our
situation vis a vis the brokers and DTCC.

It is taking a long time for 1100 shareholders to
give $100 as a followup on their investment. There is a trust issue, I guess, although I fail to understand that, since the DTCC and SEC have been
implicated in far worse crimes or neglect or
failure of oversight than in our case.
