Bankruptcy not pertinent bc the movie business is no longer controlled/owned by anyone in Alabama. It went into bankruptcy a couple years ago and was taken over by the creditors. The creditors are not in Alabama and the original owners were no longer associated with the company at that point. The movie business is back in bankruptcy but has no impact since the ownership was different.
