Mario Pino, why are you bashing this guys deals, Mario Pino Stocks BROUGHT IN OVER 100,000,000 MILLION DOLLARS IN THE DOLLARS VOLUME AND TRADED MORE VOLUME IN DAY THEN ANY STOCK IN PENNY STOCK HISTORY, AND ALL HIS INVESTORS MADE MONEY.
The only thing was SEC inquire and the MLON inquire was dismissed with no discouragement at all. What basis do you have at all for this comments, their was no fraud with MLON and the SEC ruled that.
The only thing was the BCIT Matter where he purchase shell for merger for 25,000 plus equity, and the seller did not disclose that their was conflict of interest with the ownership of the shell, for the merger.
Mario Struck a deal with the Original owners of BCIT, Thomas Megas and Stewart Seytner, and they authorized the issuance of new shares and took total of 175,000.00 k for payment out the sales of stock wired to their Offshore account in spain!!!.
On top of this Mario Paid back the money on top of this like 250,000k plus the SEC know wants him to pay double.
BCIT should be paying all this as well, since they where aware and in total agreement all the time of this entire matters.
And then denied the fact that Mario Pino Ever had authorizations to issue stock certs, at all when the SEC and NASD ask questions about the deal. To cover their ass, WHY did they accept 175,000k then for payment for BCIT shell and then deny any accountability, and then take trip PNG with Mario Pino, for new deal in the OIL and GAS Industry, deal then make(s) announcements about the deal to move the BCIT stock at later time. HUM seems strange HUH making any sense know.
Thomas Megas and Stewart Seytner are the Bad Guys, not Mario Pino always tried to fix the deals and to deal real deals with the companies. A
