Deann: You got that right! The only thing I can think of that's better than turkey left overs is PRRM shares valued at .01

After a few days of plain leftover turkey (in our lunches, and turkey sandwichs smothered in gravy), we make Turkey ala King with hard boiled eggs cut up, the turkey, a white sauce, onions and some green peas.

If we still have too much turkey left, we freeze it, and then some time later make Curried Turkey. Sliced apples, lots of onions, some currie powder, butter and the leftover turkey.
MMMM good.

Leftover turkey also makes good club sandwiches... toast, cheese slices, lettuce, bacon, mayo, and sliced tomatoes if you have them. Make it a triple decker.

Gotta go, I'm getting too hungry just thinking about it! LOL
