I knew the facility would take upwards of 1 million dollars to complete from my DD during the time when Alan Giles was at the helm.

Much much more than just the cost of the processor.

I didn't even know Todd then...I contacted Todd's company during my research on AMHD to confirm that a processor was being built after it was PR'd that Amelot had contracted with his company.

He confirmed and seemed intelligent and likeable.

I was a proponent of AMHD at the time. It wasn't until, Giles, McAlister, and Cripe left the company, did I realize AMHD was nothing more than an ATM for Aziz.

You know all this...you were here before me.

Todd was just a pawn used by Aziz to sell shares. I dont believe Aziz had any intention on finishing the project...but to complete the scam, he had to make payments to Todd to keep stringing him along long enough to make millions while dumping shares.

Hence the stringing out the payments to Todd, changing the specs, looking for a site in Mattapoisette, etc

Not a bad return, pay out 312k to make a 1.6 mil
