HH: e.Digital has never claimed that it has any kind of "contract" with Fusion in either a PR or in the SEC filings.
The relationship with Fusion and most of the other so-called "partners" supports e.Digital's public claims in its SEC filings that one of its primary business strategies is:
"... attaching [its] name along with OEM/ODM products to the greatest extent possible" and that the goal is "... to maximize subtle but valuable marketing and co-promotion opportunities."
