I think it depends if you bought in with a long term mind or if you were trying to get a quick flip. I wouldn't suggest flipping pwrm as it has never really been that great of a flip imo. I am in long and have bought from .03 - .015 but I am long and will at least wait to see what Phase II results look like.
Not sure maybe someone knows something and decided to get out. This has had a very nice upward movement for a while now. There were lots and lots of PRs(I think pumps) and it made regular upward movements. The PRs have for the most part ended and hence the continual decline.
I am not qualified to give investment advise, all I can do is my own DD and make decisions on that. I ALMOST BOUGHT INTO IT WHEN I READ THE NEWS. Very very glad I listened to my gut on this one.
