Travelworm was acquired by Wasserstein Ventures and Cedar Street Group in 2004

it would appear from former and current affiliations, businesses the revenues will be well into the millions.
these guys had One Travel at $5 share with about double # of shs VOIG has.

Kostya's travel writer job listing...Jan 21.....

The timing of that travel writers job listing that appears on the Kostya website is rather interesting as well. The date on the listing is January 21, which is the same date that Matt Krieg registered the Ground Zero Group websites. Again, it may have no connection of any kind to VOIG, but obviously the timing is interesting.

They are seeking writers for a travel portal website that will have an initial focus on Las Vegas.....

We are seeking freelance writers to create engaging and informative content for a travel portal website. Much of the work will focus on Las Vegas; other leisure travel destinations will be added in the future.
