arg.....and Spongeables were sued for using the SpongeTech name. I am done with this, SPNG was never a supplier to walmart before Spongebob, i know you know this...

SPNG may not have been, but Spongeables was using the name SpongeTech for a while according to the now settled lawsuit that Scion just reposted.
