This drop and share price is not right; my rationale:

1) Longs are profit taking due to the run it had this past week and it forever holding at the 11-13 range

2) Consolidation (similar to point 1)

3) Some sort of ugly dilution. Which wouldn't make sense since no PR was released of Offerings etc.
