Do some more digging--the plant opened last yr at this time--Jan 09---also read the buyout thingie again--Co was on the hook for about 250k to add a second production line in the GA Ficlity.

So Bryan County owns the GA Dicon property. Right???????

And Dicon is leasing it from them.
