FYI - I think the talk of an additional 5 million dollar non-binding commitment is telling us that VIPR intends to file a 505 offering very soon (dealing with 5,000,000 in exempt offerings). In other words, they may have a potential buyer of the 505 offering and they will file it as soon as the 504 12 month period expires.

thanks for the info POLARIS the only question is why do all the filings say they are a new notice with a different date for the first sale of the securities?
