Correct me if I'm wrong...but my understanding is he's been trying for approval for over a year on this "non-pharmacy" submission. I call that bow wow for a non-pharmacy. Sure it's a great flipper for now but if the only issue was some wording with the device instructions or whatever...that would NOT have held up approval. Other issues are at play here that Dean is keeping to himself....period.
