No permits needed. Pull in to harbor and load tons of plastic, move to international seas, convert plastic to diesel, return and sell diesel. The ships should process 7-10 times the amount of one land site. Some have speculated that there could be tax breaks from this type of operation as well.

Just some general questions to JJ and Whale:
Given that essentially this company actually started its drive in Novemder (Acquisition of JAVACO and PAKIT, acquisition of processor, testing, negotiations for JVs, etc):
What progress would you resonably expect?
How does the progress as indicated compare with other start up companies?
How much verification is required, and when?
How would you conduct a company?
Do you expect others could progress in this manner?
Why are you unwilling to wait to hear what news may be released in 5 days, rather than increasing your attacks prior to the event?
