i think it's a good possibility soon after the financials are filed...i saw zvtk did it pretty fast a month or so ago. it's not too difficult from that standpoint so probably within a few months after the financials get filed i would guess...

It takes 30-60 days to uplist after they file their Form 10 with audited numbers. They have retained an Auditor for months already so I think yes, OTCBB in 2010.
