Okay, so then PSC never visited EXPU? According to their "awareness campaign":

...they indicated that they met with "the team at EXPU", yet is sounds like Robert did NOT meet with them.

Here is the paragraph verbatim: "When we first met with the team at EXPU we left knowing that this was a company built on solid ground and being determined we wanted to maximize on this opportunity because we were confident it would make you money. We think our determination is paying off!!!

Also don't like that he dodged the question of why 3 million shares were added to the OS and Float last month.

Sounds like VM wasn't on the CC, as I don't see any of his other concerns were addressed/asked about.
