I was thinking about the wrinkles dean can work on this deal and it is endless. just knowing the schedule of where the next land clearing is going to be...maybe the countries want to pay him in condemned land as portion of the payment for a very cheap price...the list goes on and on, believe me dean will figure this all out if he has not already.

Maybe it becomes an auction atmosphere where some countries are willing to pay a premium to get certain lands cleared first.

Nice to have total control of this deal isn't it?
