I presume you make this statement due to the intention of uplisting later this year? Legality of press releases in pinky ville is grey to say the least....

How on earth is he going to get the stock price to move if he doesn't want to inform us of what is happening with the company.

Doesn't make sense. Why would he keep all this information to himself? I don't want to wait two years to get information. I want to see it as it's happening.

He may not care about the stock price, but I do. As do many others. This lack of transparency is very frustrating.

This is not the Dean show. This is a publicly traded company with many shareholders to whom he is accountable.

I don't think the information should only be shared with a select few.

I have to say I have been flipping this stock the last few months. But when this PR came out yesterday and this thing dropped I loaded up big time. This drop was totally unwarranted. I think it is time to ride this one for awhile.

People need to realize to get money you have to put you nuts on the line, Dean did just this with the 40%. This is huge news and makes it more real. Investors are not going to just give you 350 mil with out some sort of collateral. With this news being more real (in my mind) and Dean having 350 mil I can't even imagine what some of the acquisitions will be.
