I would agree...I think if it goes past February then someone really screwed the pooch. I expected a modified version of the Ad Hoc Plan by now or some kind of news on the issue.

Atleast we can look forward to the January MOR in a week or so and look at how much equity we're loosing while everyone tries to work out the issues and MMs start putting .25 cent bids out.
