JR: So kendrick runs this non-profit mineseeker foundation which does this on a charity basis and is now wanting to also have a separate company that does it for profit?

Michael Kendrick is the founder and Chairman of the Mineseeker Foundation. Look at who he has been associated with and now he has chosen to do business with Dean Bradley. Hardly makes any sense that Michael would risk muddying his name on a POS pinky unless it wasn't a POS after all. They did their DD and Quasar came up a winner.
