Union - I wasn't talking about union workers. Just everyday unemployed, mechanically inclined, hard working, dependable people. Yes, the operators can be maintenance as well, even management, owner, secretary, or whatever is required. In my calculations, I used 2.5 direct labor and 1 indirect labor personnel per shift of 8-10 hours in figuring cost basis for an operating P2O facility. I included anything I could think of that might be required and somethings that are probably not required(large scale to weigh plastic input), and still found that the P2O site would be profitable.
