Look at Scanbuy all those PR's, what rev's have they generated since they are knee deep in debt and needed further financing.
Not sure when this business model will kick in. I guess we have to wait for Neustar to become a fully functioning clearinghouse and have all companies in this space buy in.
Until then all these companies including NEOM will need financing.
