Go800 is a patented alternative to having fully staffed, long-distance charging toll free phone number for customer service that allows companies to call a customer after being initially contacted through text messaging. It's a totally new and different service which eliminates initial hold times at least (they could do the entire customer service department through texting if they want), saving customers frustration and companies money.
I found that site a few weeks ago searching for "Go800" on Google. It's literally just some random company selling normal 800 numbers that randomly uses the same phrase.
