Simple accounting. 350 million cash would be an asset offset by a 350 million bond payable which is a liability.

correct..But you are forgetting all these so called acqusition must be worth more than 350 million and will be revenue generating and they should have "hard asset". Otherwise it makes no business sense. This is like reverse merger to a shell. You are getting a IPO on a pinksheet

Now if its used to accrue assets that generate revenue it paints a much different picture than you want folks to see.

Fact is they would not put $350M in Quasar if they didn't expect much more in return. Some of you would have us believe they put this money up strictly as debt for the company and try to ignore what this $350M gets us.
