He just filed for an A/S increase this afternoon. There is no way he will be able to turn around and close the acquisitions which depend on this increase in a short amount of time. We're most liekly looking at a bit more of a wait before understanding anything else...
So... if the shares are good for collateral on a 350 million loan, wouldn't that imply that the shares are quite valuable. In a certain sense someone plans on paying 350 million dollars for a bunch of shares of this company. They must know something that I don't?
