LOL O/S will go up when they get their restricted shares. Terms of funding say they get 40% of O/S.

What, you think dean will buyback 40% of current O/S to secure it?

Its 40% of the new O/S which will include their restricted position

I'm not even going to try to explain how this won't effect float.
