The entity exists. IE: the stock and the stockholders still exist.
So ESAN is a shell that might be registered as a company in Delaware (But I'm to cheep to spend the $20 to find out).
There should be a majority holder somewhere ------maybe old owners or maybe someone who they owed money to.

You must be new to the penny stock market. Quite a few of the stocks traded on the pink sheets are empty shells, meaning the operating company that once existed has long since folded. These shells are, in certain cases, great vehicles for private companies with operating businesses to merge and instantly become public companies.


Investors who buy in prior to the mergers can make a fortune.

Often you see buying ahead of such announcements giving investors a hint of what is to come.

I for one am hoping that we are seeing such front running here.

These deals are high risk, because if nothing positive is afoot, the volume eventually dries up and the stock price dives.

I have no info on this one, but I like the way it is trading and will take a chance that something will come of it.
