I've been a shareholder > 4 years and every time a deal is about to be made, "MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER" f#@ks it up! I'll believe it when I see it.

This stock should be over $5/share easily by now if only one of the past deals became reality. And now with Vonage offering roaming using cellular phones, shareholders would be doing very well.
