As far as strategy, that's a tough one because as with all trading there are many different trading styles. Personally, after trading shells and going through quite a few Reverse Mergers over the years, I like to wait until the merger is actually completed before I jump in. There are just too many unknowns early on and the risk usually doesn't justify the reward IMO.
