RE: FluCide--It already works:

NanoViricides Presents FluCide™ Animal Study Data At Influenza Congress
West Haven, CT | Posted on November 24th, 2009

NanoViricides, Inc. (OTC BB: NNVC.OB) (the "Company"), announced that Dr. Eugene Seymour, MD MPH, CEO of the Company, presented lifetime data from the recent FluCide™ animal study on November 19th at the Influenza Congress USA 2009 in Washington, DC.

These data clearly established that the new version of FluCide™ is superior to the older version. The data also showed extremely large survival lifetime improvement compared to an extended therapy using oseltamivir (Tamiflu® Roche).

Separately, Dr. Anil R. Diwan, President of the Company, presented a talk on November 18th at the Nano and Clean Tech 2009 Conference (www.chemshow.com/includes/nano.pdf) in New York City, held in conjunction and partnership with the Chem Show 2009.

Same with EKC

Both of the nanoviricide drug candidates evaluated in this pilot study were found to be clinically highly effective against EKC caused by an adenovirus adenovirus

And HIV

He also described that HIVCide™ was found to be more than twenty-five times (25X or 2,500%) superior to the entire three drug HAART cocktail in a standard SCID-Hu mouse model study. The mice were treated with only 150 mg/kg of nanoviricides and this treatment both led to improvement in double-positive CD4+/CD8+ T cells and reduction in HIV-1 viral load that was equal to or slightly better than that in HAART-treated mice. The HAART treated mice received a total drug load of 4,200 mg/kg, indicating superior results with HIVCide. Moreover, HAART cocktail caused significant toxic effects, whereas the nanoviricides produced no clinical adverse signs in this study.

So, what's to worry? We know it works, it's just a matter of waiting for the release of results.

Thanks 'flyasif'. I too wish it was different. We of course were told many a time that great news was "just around the corner", but that corner was like a "Bridge too Far".

After you been into a company for a few years and seen their workings it's like other things in life they establish a pattern.

Now don't expect to hear that anything "failed" from NNVC. Just like the Hot to Trot Japan testing of a year ago, it just goes away and nothing if further heard but much later pieces of garbled words from the "grapevine".

Our hard working Doc. FG must have heard that real good was on the plate ready to be delivered around Christmas. OK, it wasn't ready for release. Then what happened now? It's not on the plate anymore?
That's the pattern I see.

Some here won't agree and that's fine, just show me different.
"Different" would be nice and I'm sure appreciated here by many.

Personally, with some tests, like the Japan 'pink eye' is so over due one wonders if these tests failed. What happened to the herpes cream tests?

I suspect that when doing 'in real world' tests, NNVC is failing to live up to its initial PR claims. But without updates, who really knows.

IMO, when it comes to NNVC, no news is not good news.

I personally have buy orders in for .60, .5 and .4 and expect to see those prices if this market continues to sells off and NNVC continues to play cat and mouse with its claims and its lack of 'real' results and substantial news, i.e. license agreement, grants, big pharma deal.

i suspect, if there is really a pharma deal and non disclosure clause, it is with a minor bio tech that has no money.

Next time there is a short term run, sell some stock, it takes away some of the pain of the retrace.
