#62620 RE: DD-214 #62615

It would look to me like EXPO has been
working on three different orders for LOWES..

Here is one that started shipping in August 09

NORTH WILKESBORO, NC -- (Marketwire) -- 08/03/09 --
Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPH) issues update

"Shipment to nearly all Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse locations has begun"

"James D. Brown, CEO, stated, "We are very pleased to update our shareholders further regarding our 07/07/09 press release. We are starting shipment to nearly all Lowe's retail locations. Originally we intended to only ship around 1400 stores, but this was modified to exceed 1600 shipments. This project will take some time to complete."

and was completed in Sept..

"The company expects to complete shipment to over 1600 Lowe's Home Improvement locations by September 29th, 2009, when the company ships its final shipment of approximately 350 displays.

Here is the news of one to come of a similar size in the same PR..

"Additionally, due to the excellent execution of the original order, an additional order is expected in the very near future. This order is expected to be similar in size, nature and scope as the original order. The company will make a formal announcement once a purchase order is received"

Here is a second order being worked on in Sept in the same pr which is to last into 2010..

"Unrelated to the aforementioned shipments, the company continues to fulfill shipments to Lowe's Home Improvement locations by completing week 2 of shipments on time. The company is currently producing and shipping approximately 2.5 truckloads of various re-merchandising displays per day, and expects this to continue into the foreseeable future."

This recent one fits in with what was said above about a similar order coming..

2/4/2010 12:26:14 PM
"Along with other orders, the company is working to fulfill a large group of orders for use by Lowe's Companies Inc. Shipment should begin as early as today. The orders are to be shipped to over 1690 locations and include over 6770 flooring displays. The anticipated shipments for the next 3-5 business days exceeds $60,000.00. Check out our web-cam later today (and for the next few days), and you'll be able to see a small part of the manufacturing process for these displays. Visit us and see the whole process. If you would like to view these completed products in person, check back here in a few weeks and I'll leave a note on where they are installed in the retail locations."

Now if you can dig through that and find that is all one order..give it a try..It looks to be three very different orders that had start dates that were different..

Even if you could tie all of those into one..which you can't..what shareholders see is that Lowes continues to be a huge customer with huge orders for EXPO..Sorry..but I can't see a downside to Lowes doing ongoing business with EXPO no matter how it is twisted...veno
