100 share blocks are simply MM's manipulating the PPS and keeping it down, allowing YOU and others to by in LOW.... before NEWS.... No more, no less.... They do it all the time.

No it's not...if you watch T&S they are all Amex trades. Amex truncates (not round) the share price when they report...so an "A" trade will show up as .30 when the actual trade is somewhere between .3000 and .3099

Not manipulation at all...sheesh...
